A Child Against All Odds

A Child Against All Odds is a programme on BBC which is presented by Professor Robert Winston and follows couples undergoing fertility treatment for a variety of reasons.

Mummy was very interested in this programme because she suffered many years of infertility until she was very lucky to get pregnant on her second attempt at IVF with Daddy. It's a very long and interesting story which she documented in her 125 page journal including the many operations and tests she went through. I hope to read it one day and know how I was born against all odds.

We watched the programme together the following morning and I soaked her tears up in my hair.
